Terms of Service 

Artist Rights

• The artist may decline a commission if it makes them uncomfortable. 

• The artist has the right to upload the work onto social media platforms and print shops. 

• The artist may extend deadlines if a piece needs more time to properly finish. 

Client Rights 

• The client may not claim the work as their own. 

• The client may request WIP updates or view them at any time on Trello/ Telegram art channel. 

• The client may request minor edits to pieces free of charge. 

• The client may not request major edits past the coloring strange.

• The client must provide a valid email address for the paypal invoice 

• Common courtesy between both parties is expected. Please keep conversations focused around the art and the commission. If a client is rude or rushing the artist they may be blacklisted from future commissions. 

• Attempting a Paypal chargeback, or trying to resell adopt designs post watermark removal will result in being blacklisted.

Payment

• Payment is required upfront through Paypal invoice. If payment is not received within 48 hours the client risks forfeiting their commission slot. If a further hold is needed due to unexpected circumstances, reach out. Refunds are not offered with the exception of the rare case of the artist being unable to finish a piece. Then a refund will be given through PayPal. Tips are greatly appreciated and will move the client up in queue.
